We accept returns or exchanges within 4 days from the original purchase on unopened packaging.
An original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price matches and warranty repair services. For cash purchases over 1000 SCR and all check purchases, your refund will be issued by way of check within 14 business days of the return.
Please note that any refunds to a credit card must be placed on the original credit card used. If the original credit card is not available the refund can be placed on a gift card or sent as a check. Check refunds will be issued from our office, within 14 business days of the return.
